Charlotte’s starting point for therapy is always to develop an understanding of what is going on for you and identifying therapeutic goals, before deciding on the most appropriate therapeutic approach.
You might be clear about the type of therapy you are looking for or, alternatively, you might just know that you want things to different.
There is no right or wrong way to approach therapy. You just need to show up.
